Homeland Patrol’s concierge services provide your residents the security they need as well as the additional services that add value to your condominium, apartment building or other residence.
All of Homeland Patrol’s concierge must pass the same screening and training requirements as all of our security officers. In addition to the usual security provided by our officers, our concierges will:
- Maintain constant surveillance of assigned areas providing maximum visibility
- Greeting and checking in any guests
- Assure that all persons entering the building are authorized to do so
- Monitor the arrival of guests and ensure the safety and security of the building
- Provide security outside of the building and notify the proper authorities when tenant safety is a concern
- Respond to emergencies such as fire department or EMS service calls, maintaining order and assisting tenants to follow proper procedures to ensure safety
- Process packages and deliver them to tenants, as needed
- Help tenants and guests find restaurants, theatres or other locations
