Our officers must undergo rigorous training, thus ensuring that the best security service possible is provided. These guards posses a broad range of skills and qualifications that allow them to protect the lives and property of our clients. Security officers are available with different levels of training, each with a different area of expertise.
Security Officer-Level 1
Uniformed or civilian dressed security guards armed for access control, theft prevention, surveillance, foot patrol, and other guard services 24 hours a day.

Minimum 24 hours training as required by the Florida Department of Licensing pursuant to Section 493.6123 (1) F.S. and posses a Florida Class D license , as well as, a minimum of 16 hours of site specific training at their assigned post.

Pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) criminal background check
Specialized Security Service (SSO)-Level 2

Minimum 40 hours training as required by the Florida Department of Licensing pursuant to Section 493.6123 (1) F.S. and posses a Florida Class D license , as well as, a minimum of 16 hours of site specific training at their assigned post.

Pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) criminal background check
Experience in the following:
*Two or more years of military service
*Two or more years of security experience
*Ability to write incident reports
*Two or more years of college
**College degree in Law Enforcement.
Certified Protection Officer (CPO) - Level 3

Minimum 40 hours training as required by the Florida Department of Licensing pursuant to Section 493.6123 (1) F.S. and posses a Florida Class D license , as well as, a minimum of 16 hours of site specific training at their assigned post.

Pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) criminal background check
Experience in the following:
*Two or more years of military service
*College degree in Law Enforcement
*Two or more years of security experience
*Two or more years of college
*Ability to properly write incident reports

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Training in first aid including Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
-
U.S. citizen or resident alien
**Specialized training on as needed basis per post assignment and a 12 module training instruction.
