President- The leader of Homeland Patrol helps maintain the vision of top quality security service and unsurpassed customer service at a low cost. Our president monitors every aspect of every situation that deals with the customer and makes sure that all challenges are handled with diligence and skill.

Operations Manager (OM) - The operations manager assures that the needs of our clients are met. This individual supervises the staff and provides the management with a support net. The OM provides client support by constantly holding meetings with the client and making revisions or changes, in order to keep the client satisfied.

Base Controller- The base controller is responsible for successful communication between the officer, supervisor, and client. This individual monitors patrols and maintains a strict regimen that keeps our security officers disciplined.

Supervisor- The primary responsibility of the supervisor is to respond to emergencies, inspect client sites, and make announced as well as unannounced visits to monitor post activity. They also follow instructions that pertain to the client’s specified needs. The supervisor keeps clients informed on the occurrences at the post and evaluates officer performance in order to assure that service is up to par.

Security Officer- The duty of an officer is to protect the lives and property of the client. The security officer is responsible for meeting these basic functions: access and control client property, patrol the premises, and fire protection. These come with a varied range of capabilities and qualifications. Post assignments are based on requirements and duties set forth by the client
